ORDER :-
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Medical Education A.P.
Hyderabad in the letter 2nd read above and in accordance with the orders issued in
the G.O.1st read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for
drawal of Rs.4,38,647/- (Rupees: Four Lakh Thirty eight thousand Six hundred and
forty seven only) towards payment of life time arrears of service pension in respect
of Dr.N.Bhuvaneswari, Professor (Retd.) holder of PPO.No.06-065863/SP for the
periods from 01.03.2009 to 30.11.2010 as per the provisions of S.R.86 (b),87 (a) and
89(a) under T.R. 16 of A.P. Treasury Code Volume 1 read with Article 55 of A.P.
Financial Code volume – 1.
2. The expenditure sanctioned at para 1 above shall be debited to 2701 –
Pension and other retirement benefits, 01- Civil, MH-107-Superannuation and
retirement allowances, 272- Arrears of pension to the retired employees.
3. The Director of Medical Education, A.P. Hyderabad., shall take necessary
further action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department
