A&C) Department , dated 06.2.2012. *** ORDER: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad in the reference first read above has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.1480.59 lakhs within Budget Estimates (4th quarter) and an amount of Rs.1777.96 lakhs pertaining to Rythu Chaitanya Yatralu & Rythu Sadassulu and other programmes including Honorarium of Adarsha Rythus under Extension under Normal State Plan 2011-12 in relaxation to treasury control over and above BEs. 2. In the reference second read above, Government in Finance (EAC) Department, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.5,36,27,000/- (Rupees five crore thirty six lakhs and twenty seven thousand only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad as 4th quarter of the B.E. provision 2011-12 under Normal State Plan under the head of account indicated therein. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,36,27,000/- (Rupees five crore thirty six lakhs and twenty seven thousand only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad as 4th quarter of the B.E. provision 2011-12 under Normal State Plan under the head of account indicated in the G.O. second read above. 4. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Expr.A&C) Department vide their U.O.
