O R D E R :-
Government after careful examination of the circumstances reported by the
Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, hereby
extend the period of deputation of Dr.P.Sujatha, Associate Professor of Pathology as
Deputy Director (QA), Blood Safety, in A.P. State AIDS Control Society, Hyderabad
for a further period of one year w.e.f. 24.09.2011 subject to the term and conditions
of foreign deputation as laid down in G.O.P.No.10, Finance & Planning (FW.FR.II)
Dept., dt.22.01.1993.
2. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary
action in the matter.
