The General Administration (COI-R) Dept., vide reference 2nd read above, has informed that Dr. Subhrenddu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., COI was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31-12-2011 and requested to issue orders reassigning the above case to Sri Jitender, IPS (J), COI. 3.
