Vijaya Lakshmi P.S., to Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for herself for “Sun Allergy”, at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Secretariat Economic Services--090--Secretariat--018--Agriculture & Cooperation Department--010-Salaries--017—Medical Reimbursement”. 3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse an amount of Rs.2,423/- (Rupees two thousand four hundred twenty three only) to the individual. 4.
