ORDER:
1. In the reference read above orders were issued releasing an amount of
Rs.7,50,000/ (Rupees Seven Lakhs fifty thousands only) to the
Commissioner of Excise. Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards 1st quarter
amount from the provision of B.E 2011-12.
2. Government, after careful consideration of the matter hereby accord
administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise A.P
Hyderabad for drawal of an amount of Rs. 7,50,000/ (Rupees Seven Lakhs
fifty thousands only) under the following Head of Account:
