Lr.No.Estt.I(2)472/2011, dt.20-01-2012. --oOo-- O R D E R: In a disciplinary case, in the reference 2nd read above, Government had initiated disciplinary proceedings by framing article of charges against Sri R. Vaikunta Rao, Additional Director of Horticulture, O/o Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad for certain alleged irregularities under Rule 20 of A.P. Civil Services (CCA)Rules, 1991. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri R. Vaikunta Rao, Additional Director of Horticulture, O/o Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad has submitted his written statement of defence denying the charges framed against him. 3. In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad was requested to offer her remarks on the written statement of defence dt.24-10-2011 submitted by the Charged Officer. Accordingly, in the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad has furnished her remarks. 4. After careful examination of the entire matter, Government have decided to consider to drop further action against Sri R. Vaikunta Rao, Additional Director of Horticulture (Retired), O/o Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad and concluded the disciplinary proceedings accordingly. 5. As such, Government hereby order to drop further action against Sri R. Vaikunta Rao, Additional Director of Horticulture (Retired), O/o Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad and concluded the disciplinary proceedings. 6. The Commissioner of Horticulture, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
