G.O.Rt.No. 393, Finance (Exp.A&C) Deptt., dt: 06.02.2012. &&& ORDER:- In the letter 1st read above, the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs.98,57,000/-(Rupees Ninety eight lakh fifty seven thousand only) towards 4th quarter amount for the financial year 2011-2012 under NON-PLAN duly authorizing the Deputy Registrar (Head Office) to draw and disburse the amount to the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Co.operative Union Ltd. Hyderabad to incur the expenditure for the implementation of Training and Educational Schemes. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Exp.A&C) Department have issued a B.R.O. for release of an amount of Rs. 98,57,000/-(Rupees Ninety eight lakh fifty seven thousand only) out of Rs.3,94,26,000/-(Rupees three crore ninety four lakh and twenty six thousand) released to the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as 4th Quarter of the Budget Estimates Provision 2011-12 under NON-PLAN. 3. Government after careful consideration hereby accord administrative sanction to incur an amount of Rs. 98,57,000/-(Rupees Ninety eight lakh fifty seven thousand only) to the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as 4th Quarter of the Budget Estimates Provision 2011-12 under NON-PLAN. 4. The amount of expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: Demand XXX - Cooperation MH 2425 - Co.operation MH 003 - Training SH (05) - Assistance to State Co.operative Union for Implementation of Training and Educational Schemes 310 - Grants-in-Aid 311 - Other Grants-in-Aid towards Salaries (Non-Plan) 5.
