Government, after careful examination in the matter, hereby accord permission to Smt.V.Usha Rani, IAS, Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, under rule 47(3) of A.P.T.A.Rules, to attend the Workshop at Rashtrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi on 15th February, 2012. 3. The absence of the above officer including to and fro journey time shall be treated as on duty under Rule 9(6)(b)(i) of Fundamental Rules and he is eligible for TA and DA as per A.P.T.A.Rules. 4. The expenditure of the above tour shall be debited to the Head of Account to which the pay and allowances of the Officer are being drawn. 5. This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW:TA) Department as per rules in force.
