From the G.A.(COI.R) Dept., U.O.Note No.300/COI.R/2011, dt.24.11.2011. -o0o- ORDER: In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued appointing Sri Janak Raj, I.P.S. (retired), Member, Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 read with Rule 9 of A.P.Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to enquire into the charges framed against Sri K.Venkatasubbaiah, Deputy Executive Engineer, Endowments Department, Guntur District (now retired) and submit the enquiry report within the stipulated period. 2. In the U.O.Note second read above, the General Administration (COI.R) Department have informed that consequent on the expiry of term of Sri Janak Raj, I.P.S. (Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries, it has been decided to reassign the above case to Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, I.A.S., Commissioner of Inquiries and requested to reassign the case to Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, I.A.S., Commissioner of Inquiries. 3. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 read with Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 and in modification of the orders first read above, hereby appoint Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, I.A.S., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri K.Venkatasubbaiah, Deputy Executive Engineer, Endowments Department, Guntur District (now retired) and to submit his enquiry report within a period of 3 months.
