Read:- G.O.Rt.No.392, Finance (Exp.A&C) Dept., dt.06.02.2012. * * * O R D E R: In the G.O. read above, Government in Finance (Exp.A&C) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.25,63,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five crores and sixty three lakhs only i.e. Rs.25,00,00,000/- with in B.E. provision 2011-12 and Rs.63,00,000/- as additional funds) to the Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, for implementation of Seed Bank Scheme under Thirteenth Finance Commission Grants for the year 2011-12 under the head of account indicated therein. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. Rs.25,63,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five crores and sixty three lakhs only i.e. Rs.25,00,00,000/- with in B.E. provision 2011-12 and Rs.63,00,000/- as additional funds) to the Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by obtaining the Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during the year 2011-12 for implementation of Seed Bank Scheme under Thirteenth Finance Commission Grants for the year 2011-12 under the head of account indicated in the G.O. read above. 3. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad is requested to draw and adjust the same to the PD account of A.P.State Seeds Development Corporation Limited. 4. The above Grants shall be utilized as per the action plans approved by the High Level Committee and Utilization Certificates shall be furnished as per the rules. 5.
