ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 622/- (Rupees six hundred and
twenty two only) to Idea Cellular Limited, Hyderabad, towards the charges of Cell Phone
No. 9848159993 for the period from 24-12-2011 to 23-1-2012 provided to Sri R.
Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department.
2. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is
requested tocredit the amount to the Bank Name: IDBI Bank Ltd. Bank Account
No.0142003046601,Branch. Chappel Road, MICR No. 500259004, and IFSC Code
Number: IBKL0000113.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head “2052
Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office expenses - 131
Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
