Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.312/- (Rupees three hundred and twelve only)
towards payment of Telegram charges of Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, A.P.
Secretariat for November and December 2011. It is certified that the telegrams made in this
department for official use only.
2. The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat Social
Service – 090 – Secretariat – 06- Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department – 130 - Office
expenses – 131 – utility payments.
3. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP. Claims) Department are requested to
draw and credit an amount of Rs.312/- (Rupees three hundred and twelve only) to Corporation
Bank, Siddiambar Bazar, Hyd. A/c No. CBCA01000076, MICR No. 500017007, IFS
Code.CORP0000043 of A.O. (Cash), BSNL, as required.
in favour of A.O. (Cash), BSNL, as required.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in
vogues.
