O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 1,348/- (Rupees one thousand
three hundred and forty eight only) to Idea Cellular limited, Hyderabad, towards cell
phone No. 9848996225 for the period from 24-12-2011 to 23-1-2012 provided to Sri
G.V. Ramana Murthy Raju, Additional Secretary to Government, Law Department, A.P.
Secretariat, Hyderabad. (Originally it was provided to Sri S.A. Majeed, Additional
Secretary to Government, Law Department, who already retired from service)
2. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is
requested to credit the amount to the Bank Name: IDBI Bank Ltd. Bank Account
No.0142003046601, Branch. Chappel Road, Hyderabad 500001, MICR No. 500259004,
and IFSC Code Number: IBKL0000113.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head
“2052 Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office
expenses - 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
