O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,137/- (Rupees one thousand
one hundred and thirty seven only) to Idea Cellular limited, Hyderabad, towards the
charges of cell phone No. 9848996224 for the period from to 24-12-2011 to 23-1-2012
provided to Sri T. Narayana Reddy, Additional Secretary to Government, Law
Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. (Originally it was allotted to Sri N.
Gangadhara Rao, former Additional Secretary to Government, Law Department, (now
retired).
2. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is
requested to credit the amount to the Bank Name: IDBI Bank Ltd. Bank Account
No.0142003046601, Branch. Chappel Road, Hyderabad 500001, MICR No.
500259004, and IFSC Code Number: IBKL0000113
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head
“2052 Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office
expenses - 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
