G.O.Ms.No.17, Finance (SMPC.I) Department, dated.19-01-2012. *** ORDER: In the letter 2nd read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has stated that the Honorary Secretary, Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad has informed that there are two 20 bedded Temporary Hospital Wards established by the Government with each Ward is having a Civil Assistant Surgeon at their Home. There is no post of Deputy Civil Surgeon allotted to these Temporary Hospital Wards and requested to post Dr.Anantha Reddy on deputation to Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. 2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has requested to upgrade the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon to that of Deputy Civil Surgeon at Temporary Hospital Ward (THW) of Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and to post Dr.S.Ananhta Reddy, Deputy Civil Surgeon presently working at UHP, Panipura, Hyderabad to utilize services in the Public interest. 3. In the G.O.3rd read above, Government have upgraded the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon to that of Deputy Civil Surgeon at Temporary Hospital Ward of Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad in the scale of pay of Rs.25600-50560. 4. In the letter 1st read above, the Honorary Secretary, Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Hyderabad has stated that Dr.S.Anantha Reddy is working in Temporary Hospital Ward at Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Hyderabad since 1992, he has gained service of more than 25 years in Leprosy as a Surgeon in reconstructive surgery and he has performed 80 reconstructive surgeries till date from April, 2008. Dr.S.Anantha Reddy was deputed for training in Leprosy at All Africa Leprosy and Rehabilitation Training Centre in Ethiopia for a period of (3) months and he was sponsored to participate in International Conference on Leprosy at the Hague in 1988 and Orlando, USA in 1993. He has also stated that it is necessary for Dr.S.Anantha Reddy to work at Sivananda Rehabilitation Home and requested to post him at their centre. 5. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby transfer Dr.S.Anantha Reddy, Deputy Civil Surgeon, UPH, Panipura, Hyderabad and post him at Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad in the up-graded post of Deputy Civil Surgeon. 6. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action to shift the incumbent, presently working in the Civil Assistant Surgeon Post at Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad to some other place, so as to accommodate Dr.S.Anantha Reddy, in the up-graded post of Deputy Civil Surgeon. //p.t.o.//-- 2 -- 7.
