Shajahan Begum, Office Subordinate, HM & FW Department, Application Dated:20-09-2011. 3. G.O.Rt.No.2120, HM&FW (OP-I) Dept., dt.27-12-2011. 4. G.O.Rt.No.111, HM&FW (O.P.I) Department, dated:27-01-2012. * * * O R D E R: In the reference 1st cited above, Smt. Shajahan Begum, Office Subordinate, HM & FW Department was sanctioned House Building Advance of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only) towards Site-cum-construction and an amount of Rs.1,60,000/- was released towards 1st installment. In her application 2nd read above, the individual has submitted that the construction of house has reached lintel level and she has requested for release of 2nd installment. The individual has mortgaged the property in favour of the Government. 2. In the reference 4th cited, an amendment has been issued to the G.O. 1st read above reducing the sanctioned HBA to the individual from Rs.6,00,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/- as per rules. Accordingly, the 2nd & 3rd instalments @Rs.2,20,000/- each sanctioned in the G.O.1st read above have to be revised as Rs.1,70,000/- only. 3. In the reference 3rd cited, an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- has been re-allocated towards HBA for 3rd quarter of the year 2011-12 to the employees of HM&FW Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 4. Sanction is therefore accorded for an amount of Rs.1,70,000/- (Rupees one lakh seventy thousand only) to Smt. Shajahan Begum, Office Subordinate, HM & FW Department towards 2nd installment. 5. It is certified that the loan installment has been released according to the eligibility of the loanee concerned. She has fulfilled all the formalities as per rules. 6. The installment sanctioned in para (2) above shall be drawn from the current year 2011-2012 budget provision allotted to Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department by Finance Department and shall be debited to “ 7610 – Loans to Government servants – M.H.201 – House Building Advance – S.H. (05) – Loans to other Offices – 001 – Loans to other offices. 7. The Health Medical and Family Welfare department (O.P. Claims) are requested to draw and disburse the above advance to the individual.
