The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to instruct the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to request the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in Cr.No..218/2009 of Sulthanabad P.S., under sections 143 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Sulthanabad, vide CC No.88/2010 under intimation to the Government.
