ORDER:
The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in his letter
read above, for the reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the
Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar District has recommended for withdrawal of
prosecution against the following accused in Cr.No133/2009, under sections 147,
427 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) of
Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class
Magistrate Court, Metpalli, vide CC No.47/2010.

2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to
direct the Collector and District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the
Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance
with law for withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para
(1) above in Cr.No133/2009, under sections 147, 427 read with 149 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station,
pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Metpalli, vide CC
No.47/2010, under intimation to the Government.
