Bill received M/s. V.R.M,Auto Works, Budha Bhavan, Boats Club,
Secunderabad, Bills No.1355 & 1497, dated : Nil.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,930/- (Rupees one thousand
nine hundred and thirty only) to M/s. V.R.M. AUTO WORKS, (Approved by Govt., of
A.P), Budha Bhavan, Boats Club, Secunderabad, towards cost of repairs and
replacement work to the Govt. Car bearing No. AP09 BM 4789 for official use of APC &
Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “M.H. 3451 – Secretariat
Economic Services – G.H.11 - Normal State Plan – M.H. - 092 – Other Offices – S.H. -
21 – Agriculture Technology Mission - 510 – Motor Vehicles.
3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw a
cheque for an amount of Rs.1,930/- in favour of M/s. V.R.M. AUTO WORKS, Budha
Bhavan, Boats Club, Secunderabad.
4. Certified that the vehicle is received in good condition after the repairs.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW)
Department as per the orders in force.
