Read the following:- 1. From the Commissioner of Appeals, O/o. the CCLA., Hyderabad Lr.Rc.Nos.14/Com.Appeals/2011 dated 16.12.2011. 2. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, O/o Govt. Civil Dispensary., A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad , Lr.No.2473/CDS/2012, dt.21.01.2012. ***** O R D E R: The Commissioner of Appeals O/o the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above, has sent the proposals for reimbursement of medical expenses of Rs.8,404/- incurred by Sri S.K.Sinha, I.A.S., Commissioner of Appeals, O/o. the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on medical treatment obtained to self as Out-patient at Apollo Hyderabad for “post kidney transplantation” from 10.12.2011 to 15.12.2011. In support of his claim the individual has enclosed the medical bills. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Hyderabad, in his letter second read above, has scrutinized the bills in respect of the said officer and indicated an amount of Rs.8,404/-as admissible amount for reimbursement . 3. After careful consideration, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of medical expenses of Rs.8,404/- (Rupees Eight thousand four hundred and four only) to Sri S.K.Sinha, I.A.S., Commissioner of Appeals, O/o. the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him on the treatment obtained to self as Out-patient at Apollo Hyderabad for “post kidney transplantation” from 10.12.2011 to 15.12.2011. 4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. The medical bills and other enclosures received with the letter 1st read above are herewith returned to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for taking necessary action. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per rules in force.
