ORDER
The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter read
above, for the reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the Superintendent of
Police, Karimnagar District, has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against
the accused Sri Rondla Satheesh, S/o.Ravinder Reddy, Muppidinarsiahapalli (Vg) in
Cr.No.15/2010 of Gangadhara P.S., under section 309 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
pending before the Hon’ble J.F.C.M.Court, Vemulawada, vide CC No.104/2010;
2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to direct
the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the Assistant Public
Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for
withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in
Cr.No.15/2010 of Gangadhara P.S., under section 309 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
(Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the Hon’ble J.F.C.M.Court, Vemulawada, vide
CC No.104/2010, under intimation to the Government.
