G.O.Rt.No. 538, Finance (Exp.A&C) Deptt., dt:17.02.2012. &&& ORDER:- In the letter 1st read above, the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue Administrative Sanction Order for an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) towards 3rd quarter amount for the financial year 2011-12 under Normal State Plan duly authorizing the Deputy Registrar (Head Office), to draw and disburse the amount to meet the expenditure for conducting training programmes at the Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Union, Hyderabad and Institute of Cooperative Management, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Fin. (Exp.A&C) Department have issued the B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-(Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) out of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only) released to the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as 3rd Quarter of the Budget Estimates Provision 2011-12 under Normal State Plan. 3. Government after careful consideration hereby accord administrative sanction to incur an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-(Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) to the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as 3rd Quarter of the Budget Estimates Provision 2011-12 under Normal State Plan. 4. The amount of expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: MH - 2425 - Cooperation MH - 003 - Training GH - 11 - State Normal Plan SH - 04 - Training 200 - Other Administrative Expenses 5. The Deputy Registrar (Head Office), Office of the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-(Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) to meet the expenditure for conduct of training programmes at the APSC Union, Hyderabad and Institute of Cooperative Management, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. /PTO/:2: 6.
