From Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.522/N2/2011, dt.28-04-2011 and 14/11/2011 2.G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated 22.06.2011. * * * ORDER: 1. Smt. T.Josephine, Head Nurse, Community Health Centre, Asifabad, Adilabad Dist has represented that her husband is working in Singareni. She has therefore requested for transfer to Area Hospital, Mancherial, Adilabad District on humanitarian and spouse grounds. 2. In the letter 1st read above, the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has reported that there is a vacancy of Head Nurse in Area Hospital, Mancherial, Adilabad District. 3. After examination of the proposal, the Government hereby order for the transfer of Smt. T.Josephine, Head Nurse, Community Health Centre, Asifabad, Adilabad District and to post her in Area Hospital, Mancherial, Adilabad District in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 4. Smt. T.Josephine, is not eligible for any TTA/DA since above transfer is at her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6.
