Hire car bills for October to January 2012. ****** ORDERS: In terms of the orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above, the vehicle No. AP- 09 TV-6933 is being utilized on hire basis for this department and Joint Secretary to Government. 2. In the reference 3rd read above Sri V. Raju, H.No.8-2-601/G/236, Gowrishankar Colony, Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad has submitted the bill for an amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) with a request to pay the hire charges for the month for the month of January 2012. 3. Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) towards hire charges of car bearing No. AP- 09 TV-6933 for January 2012. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251 - Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 060 - HM&FW Department – 130 – Office Expenses - 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 5. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP. Claims) Department are requested to credit the amount to Syndicate Bank A/C No. 30061010008205, IFSC No.SYNB0003006 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad of Sri V.
