Society Ltd., Hyderabad (who has quoted lowest quotation) towards cost of supply of 240 reams of Xerox papers (i.e., 160 Reams of Full scape and 80 Reams of A4 size) Xerox papers (Andhra Millennium) for the official use of Agriculture and Cooperation Department. 2. The Expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “ 3451 – Secretariat Economic Service – 090 – Secretariat – 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Agriculture & Cooperation (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and credit an amount of Rs.45,360/- in favour of M/s.Pavithra Mutually Aided Consumer Coop.Society Ltd., Hyderabad Account No.10421835085, State Bank of India, Hyderabad Public School Branch, Hyderabad. 4.
