ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of Rs.1,790/- (Rupees One thousand
seven hundred and ninety only) by Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, Andhra
Pradesh Secretariat to M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad towards the cost of
the news papers /Magazines supplied to the Office of Special Chief Secretary, Principal
Secretary and Joint Secretary to Govt., Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department
during the month of January ‘2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat
Social Services – (090) – Secretariat – (06) – Health, Medical and Family Welfare
Department – (130) – Office Expenses – (132) – Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP-Claims) Department are requested to
credit the amount of Rs.1,790/- (Rupees One thousand seven hundred and ninety only) to
M/s. Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad A/c No.30041210000271, IFSC No.
SYNB 0003004 of Syndicate Bank, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
