No.COS/Peshi/01-03/2012, Dt:26.3.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, Hyderabad, while enclosing the Essentiality Certificate, Emergency Certificate and detailed medical bills etc., towards OP treatment obtained to himself during the months of November, 2011 and February, 2012 and his mother during October, 2011, December, 2011, January, 2012 and February, 2012 at Government Civil Dispensary (NGOs), O/o. the Chief Commissioner, Land Administration, Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad has requested for reimbursement of total Medical expenditure of Rs.1,507/- and Rs.4,253/- totaling to Rs.5,760/- to him ie., Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS, COS & CC, AP, Hyderabad. 2. Govt. after careful examination, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.5,760/- (Rupees Five thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty only) to Sri. Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS, Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad towards OP treatment obtained to himself and his mother at Govt., Civil Dispensary (N.G.O’s), Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad. 3. The original medical bills of the individual sent vide reference 2nd read above, are herewith returned. 4.
