The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to direct the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in Cr.No. 102/2009 of Mutharam (M) Police Station under sections 143 and 427 read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Manthani vide CC No.411/2009, under intimation to the Government.
