Agri & Coop Dept.
3. From the General Manager, M/s.H.A.C.A. Ltd, Hyd.,
Bill Nos. 1388 &1389 dated. 29-12-2011.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.20,136/- (Rupees Twenty
thousand one hundred and thirty six only)to M/s. H.A.C.A. Ltd, Hyderabad towards the
cost of Certain Stationary and Non-Stationery items for the official use of Agriculture and
Cooperation Department.
2. The Expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “ 3451 – Secretariat
Economic Service – 090 – Secretariat – 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department –
130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Agriculture & Cooperation (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and credit
for an amount of Rs..20,136/- in favour of M/s. H.A.C.A. Ltd, Hyderabad Account
No.345010092404, Ing Vysya Bank, Chikkadpally Branch, IFSC Code:VYSA0003450,
MICR Code:500064005.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per
orders in force.
