Telephone No.040-23401342 installed in the Residence of the Principal
Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department for the period
of 1-12-2011 to 31-12-2011- Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

ORDER :-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.3,718/- (Rupees Three
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighteen Only)towards rental and call charges of
Telephone No. 040-23401342 installed in the Residence of the Principal
Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, for the period
of 01-12-2011 to 31-12-2011.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head
of account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat, SH (17) Backward
Classes Welfare Department 130-Office Expenses 131-Service Postage,
Telegram and Telephone charges (Telephone charges).
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (claims) Department shall issue an
Account Payee Cheque in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, PGMTD
Hyderabad for settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, under
the rules in force.
