From the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad, lr.Rc.No.4629/N1/2011, dt.17-11-2011. 2. G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. * * * ORDER: 1. Smt. B. Ramayamma, Head Nurse, Community Health Centre, K.Kotapadu, Visakhapatnam District has represented that her husband is working in Vizianagaram and she has to look after her old aged in-laws who are depending on her. She has therefore requested for transfer to District Head Quarters Hospital, Vizianagaram District in the existing vacancy. 2. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has reported in his letter 1st read above, that there is a vacancy of Head Nurse in District Head Quarters Hospital, Vizianagaram District. 3. After examination of the proposal, the Government hereby order for the transfer of Smt. B. Ramayamma, Head Nurse, Community Health Centre, K.Kotapadu, Visakhapatnam District and post her in District Head Quarters Hospital, Vizianagaram District in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 4. Smt. B. Ramayamma, is not eligible for any TTA/DA since above transfer is at her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6.
