ORDER
The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, for the
reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the Superintendent of Police,
Karimnagar District, has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against the
following accused in Cr.No.60/2009 of Vangara P.S., under sections 143 and 427 read
with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Hon’ble Addl.
Judicial First Class Magistrate Court Court, Husnabad vide CC No.136/2010;

2. Dontha Ashok, S/o.Kanakaiah, R/o.Vangara;

5. Marri Mallesh, S/o.Kanakaiah, R/o.Vangara;
6. Nimmaturi Naresh, S/o.Sanjeev, R/o.Vangara;
7. Kondabathini Sadanandam, R/o.Rajaiah, R/o.Vangara;
8. Ambala Somaiah, S/o.Anjus, R/o.Vangara;

2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to direct
the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the Assistant Public
Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for
withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in
Cr.No.60/2009 of Vangara Police Station, under sections 143 and 427 read with
section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the
Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate Court Court, Husnabad vide CC No.136/2010,
under intimation to the Government.
