ORDER :-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,331/- (Rupees One
Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty One Only) towards rental and call charges
of Telephone No. 040 23450361 installed in the chambers of the Deputy
Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, for the period
from 01-11-2011 to 31-12-2011.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
head of account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat, SH (17)
B.C. Welfare Department 130-Office Expenses 131-Service Postage,
Telegram and Telephone charges (Telephone charges).
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (claims) Department shall issue an
Account Payee Cheque in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, PGMTD
Hyderabad for settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department,
under the rules in force.
