The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad vide reference 3rd read above, has informed that Sri D.Rushendranath, Presenting Officer & Addl. Director of Agriculture, office of the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad has retired from Govt. service on 30-6-2010 attaining the age of superannuation, and requested to appoint Sri M.Balram Naik, Addl. D.A. o/o. C&DA., as Presenting Officer in place of Sri D. Rushendranath, Addl. D.A. (Retired). 3. After careful examination of the matter the Disciplinary Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (5) of the Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoints Sri M.Balram Naik, Addl. Director of Agriculture, office of the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad as Presenting Officer in place of Sri D. Rushendranath, Addl.
