Read: Application received from Sri M.Srinivasa Chary, Office Subordinate, Agri and Coop Dept, dt: nil. ** O R D E R : Under Rule 14(1)(a)(i) read with 14 (I) (c) of General Provident Fund Rules, Sri M.Srinivasa Chary, Office Subordinate, Agriculture and Cooperation Department is hereby sanctioned for an amount of Rs.55,000/- (Rupees Fifty five thousand only) towards temporary advance from his G.P.F. Account No. PAO/01662/GA to meet the medical expenditure of his Mother, as a special case. 2. The General provident Fund advance sanctioned at para-1 above shall be recovered in 36 equal monthly installments along with the outstanding amount of Rs.36,300/- (i.e., Rs.36,300/- + Rs.55,000/- = Rs.91,300/-. The amount shall be recovered Rs.2,050/- may be recovered as 1st installment and remaining 35 installments may be recovered @ Rs.2,550/- per month. The recovery shall be commenced from the month of March, 2012, which is payable on 1st April, 2012. 3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II/Claims) Department shall claim and disburse the amount to the individual. 4.
