Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.6033/M2A/2011, Dated:22-10-2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. G. Sumalatha, Dental Assistant Surgeon, Area Hospital, Nandigama, Krishna District has represented that she has completed 3 years of service at the present station and her mother having severe health problems and requires frequent medical care at cardiac centre. She is the only daughter to look after the health care of her mother. She has requested to give her the transfer order in APVVP Area Hospital, Kavali, Nellore District which she found to be vacant. 2. In the reference 2 read above, the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh nd Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has stated that one Dental Assistant Surgeon post is vacant at Area Hospital, Kavali, Nellore District. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to transfer Dr. G. Sumalatha, Dental Assistant Surgeon, from Area Hospital, Nandigama, Krishna District to Area Hospital, Kavali, Nellore District in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dt:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA)/DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
