Note from P.S. to Sri Asutosh Mishra, IAS., Prl.Secy. to Govt., Hyderabad, Dt: nil. 3. Govt. Memo.No.374/OP.I (1)/2012-1, Revenue (OP.I) Deptt., Dated: 06.01.2012. 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, Lr.RC.No.98/CDS/12, dt.31.01.2012. @@@@ O R D E R: Sri Asutosh Mishra, IAS., Prl.Secy. to Govt., in his note 3rd read above has stated that, he has taken treatment at Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad during the period from August, 2011 to December,2011 and incurred an expenditure of Rs.1,433/- and furnished all relevant papers in original and duplicate i.e., Appendix-II, Essentiality Certificate and medical bills and requested to reimburse the medical expenditure to him. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government have sent the application and medical bills to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad with a request to scrutinize the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for reimbursement to the Individual. 3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above has stated that the medical bills of Sri Asutosh Mishra, IAS., Prl.Secy. to Govt., Revenue Department, towards his treatment during the period from August, 2011 to December,2011 at Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad have been scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules,1972 read with G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 and offered the following remarks:- Total Amount Claimed Rs. 1,433= 00 Inadmissible Amount Rs --- __________ Gross Admissible amount Rs. 1,433 = 00 LESS: 10% cut on Admissible Rs. ----- amount for non submission of Referral letter. Net Admissible Amount Rs. 1,433 = 00 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.1,433/- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Three only) to Sri Asutosh Mishra, IAS., Prl.Secy. to Govt., Revenue Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of medical expenses. ( P.T.O.):: 2 :: 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 010 – Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.” 6. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to Sri Asutosh Mishra, IAS., Prl.Secy. to Govt., Revenue Department. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the rules.
