Read: From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad, Lr.No. SC (5)/140/2011, Dated: 21/6/2011 & 8/12/2011. -o0o- ORDER : In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby ratify the action of the C&DA, Hyderabad in having positioned and distributed the groundnut polachi labeled seed to the farmers with subsidy expenditure of Rs.116.29 lakhs with the sale price of Rs.100/- less for labeled seed during the Kharif 2011, with the following subsidy pattern : (Rs.per qtl) variety Class of Sale Subsidy Net sale % of Seed price allowed price Subsidy Polachi T/L 5100 1500 3600 29.41 2. The C&DA, Hyderabad is also directed not to repeat the same in future. Subsidy is meant only to popularize promising new varieties. 3.
