A&C) Department , dated 28.2.2012. *** ORDER: In the references first to third read above, the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad has requested to release an amount of Rs.16,82,096/- from the user charges collected during financial year 2010-11 towards the utility payments and maintenance of equipment towards usage of different Soil Testing Labs under the control of Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above, Government in Finance (Expr. A&C) Department, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.16,82,096/- (Rupees sixteen lakhs eighty two thousand and ninety six only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad towards from the B.E. Provision 2011-12 for clearing the outstanding utility payments under Non Plan and head of account indicated therein. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.16,82,096/- (Rupees sixteen lakhs eighty two thousand and ninety six only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad towards from the B.E. Provision 2011-12 for clearing the outstanding utility payments under Non Plan under the relevant head of account as indicated in G.O. fourth read above. 4.
