From the Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.1663/M1B/2011, Dated:18-8-2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. K. Sesha Ratnam, Dy. Civil Surgeon (Dermatology), Area Hospital, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor District has represented that she is working against the mismatch post of Anaesthesia. A post of Dy. Civil Surgeon (Dermatology) has fallen vacant now at District Hospital, Nellore caused due to transfer of Dr. P. Rama Devi, Dy. Civil Surgeon (Anaesthesia). She is intending to work in her specialization of Dermatology at District Hospital, Nellore. She has requested to consider her case and post her in the vacant post of Dy. Civil Surgeon (Dermatology) at Dist. Hospital, Nellore. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, while forwarding the representation of Dr. K. Sesha Ratnam, Dy. Civil Surgeon (Dermatology), Area Hospital, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor District has stated that there is a clear vacancy of Dy. Civil Surgeon (Dermatology) at District Hospital, Nellore. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer Dr. K. Sesha Ratnam, Dy. Civil Surgeon(Dermatology), Area Hospital, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor District to District Hospital, Nellore in the clear existing vacancy of Dy. Civil Surgeon (Dermatology) in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) / DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
