ORDER : The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in his letter read above, for the reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the Superintendent of Police, Nellore District has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against the accused person Sri Pelllakuru Surendra Reddy S/o Pullareddy, Kondayapalem gate in Cr.No. 239/2009 of Nellore V town Police Station, Nellore District., under section 309 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the Hon’ble Vth Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nellore, vide C.C.No. 82/ 2010. 2.
