From the Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.6098/M2-A/2011, Dated:3-12-2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. M. Anuradha, MBBS., Civil Assistant Surgeon, Area Hospital, Madanapalle, Chittoor District has represented that her aged father is residing at Vayalapadu, for caring him she is the only family member and requested to transfer her from Madanapalle to Vayalapadu on humanitarian grounds. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, APVVP has stated that there is one Civil Assistant Surgeon(GM) post is vacant at Community Health Centre, Vayalapadu, Chittoor District. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer Dr. M. Anuradha, Civil Assistant Surgeon, Area Hospital, Madanapalle, Chittoor District to Community Health Centre, Vayalapadu, Chittoor District in the existing vacancy of Civil Assistant Surgeon (General Medicine) in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) / DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
