The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to direct the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in Cr.No.282/2009 of Jammikunta Police Station, under sections 147 and 427read with section 149 of the IPC pending before the Hon’ble Addl.
