Kiran Kumar, Civil Assistant Surgeon (General Surgery), Area Hospital, Kothagudem, Khammam District has represented that he had completed 5 years of Tribal Service His wife named Dr. J. Tulasi is studying M.D.(Dermatology) 1st Year at Gandhi Hospital as Inservice Post Graduate. She is staying at Secunderabad with his small daughter of aged 5 years. He has requested to consider his transfer from Area Hospital, Kothagudem to District Hospital, King Koti, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy of Civil Assistant Surgeon (General Surgery). 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, APVVP has stated that there is a clear vacancy of Civil Assistant Surgeon (General Surgery) at District Hospital, King Koti, Hyderabad. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer Dr. B. Kiran Kumar, Civil Assistant Surgeon (General Surgery), Area Hospital, Kothagudem, Khammam District to District Hospital, King Koti, Hyderabad in the clear existing vacancy of Civil Assistant Surgeon (General Surgery) on spouse grounds in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) / DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on his own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
