(ex-cadre) has been appointed as D.C.H.S. on regular basis and posted at Kadapa. He was relieved on 19-8-2010 to enable him to join duty as D.C.H.S., Kadapa. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Hon’ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in its interim orders dt.20-8-2011 in O.A.No.5563/2010 filed by Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy has stayed the G.O 1st read above. 3. In terms of the orders of the Hon’ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal dt.20-8-2011 in O.A.No.5563/2010, Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy has reported before the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad has instructed Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy to contact the Secretary to Government, H.M. & F.W. Department for further orders. Accordingly, Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy has reported before the Government on 22-8-2010 . 4. In the G.O. 5th read above, Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy has been given posting orders as Specialist Officer, o/o A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad. 5. In the reference 6th read above, Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy has represented to treat the waiting period from 21-8-2010 to 19-5-2011 as compulsory wait. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad has forwarded the representation of the individual to Government vide reference 7th read above. 6. The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to treat the waiting period from 21-8-2010 to 19-5-2011 as “Compulsory Wait” in respect of Dr. V.S. Prasanna Kumar Reddy, Specialist Officer, o/o Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad in terms of Rule 13 under F.R. 9 (6), so as to enable him to draw salary and emoluments for the said period. P.T.O.:: 2 :: 7.
