Read: From the Commissioner, Department of Tourism, AP, Hyderabad, Note dated .03.2010. *** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Department of Tourism, AP, Hyderabad in the note read above, post facto permission is accorded to Sri Sabyasachi Ghosh, IAS, Commissioner of Tourism, A.P, Hyderabad in having visited New Delhi on 22.03.2012 to attend the meeting at 4.00 P.M. on “Action plan for development of Visakhapatnam as a tourism destination” convened by Shri Subodh Kant Sahai, Hon’ble Union Minister for Tourism, New Delhi. 2. The absence of the Member of Service during the above period shall be treated as on duty. 3. The expenditure towards TA and DA in connection with the above visit shall be debited to the relevant head of account to which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are debited. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the existing rules in force.
