O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Archaeology and
Museums, A.P., Hyderabad, in the letters read above, Government after
careful examination of the matter hereby ratify the action of the Director of
Archaeology & Museums in having continued Sri. M. Narayana, Office Assistant,
Department of Archaeology & Museums, A.P., Hyderabad kept in full Additional
Charge for the post of Assistant Director (Administrative), Archaeology &
Museums, A.P., Hyderabad, for the period beyond three months, in anticipation
of the approval of the Government and also accord sanction to payment of the
additional charge allowance @ 1/10th of the basic pay for the period of
23-12-2010 to 22-03-2011.
2. The Director of Archaeology & Museums, A.P., Hyderabad, has certified
that the above individuals have not availed Earned Leave during the period for
which the additional charge allowance is sanctioned.
3. The Director, Archaeology & Museums shall take necessary action in the
matter.
