Govt.Memo.No.2454/OP.II/2012, Revenue Dept., dt.25.01.2012. 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.220/ CDS /2012 Dt.31.01.2012. -oOo- ORDER:- Sri MD.Shabuddin, Office Subordinate, Revenue Department in his application 2nd read above has stated that his wife taken treatment for Ceramic Bridge, at A.P. Superspeciality Dental Hospital Hyderabad during the period from 04.01.2012 to 12- 01-2012 and incurred an amount of Rs. Rs.10,000/- He has furnished all relevant bills and certificates and requests the Government to reimburse the said amount to him. 2. In the reference 3rd read above the Government sent the application and medical bills to the Civil Surgeon specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad with a request to scrutinize the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for reimbursement to the individual. 3. The Civil Surgeon specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above has stated that the medical bills of Sri MD.Shabuddin, Office Subordinate, Revenue Department towards his wife treatment for Ceramic Bridge at A.P. Superspeciality Dental Hospital Hyderabad during the period from 04.01.2012 to 12-01-2012 has been scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules, 1972 read with G.O.Ms.No.74,HM&FW(K1)Dept.,dt.15.3.2005 and offered the following remarks:- 1. Total amount claimed …….. Rs. 10,518=00 2. Less: Inadmissible amount ... Rs. 00=00 -------------------- 3.Gross Admissible amount……….. Rs. 10,518=00 4. Less 10% cut on admissible amount in terms of G.O.Ms.No.74, HM & FW (k1) Dept., dt.15.3.2005 … Rs. 518 =00 -------------------------- 5.Net admissible amount… Rs. 10,000=00 -------------------------- 4. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) to Sri MD.Shabuddin, Office Subordinate, Revenue Department towards the reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his wife treatment for Ceramic Bridge, at A.P. Superspeciality Dental Hospital, Hyderabad during the period from 04.01.2012 to 12-01-2012 as recommended by Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services -090- Secretariat -09- Revenue Department – 010 – Salaries,017-Medical Reimbursement”,//2// 6. The Revenue (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
