ORDER
The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, for the
reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the Superintendent of Police,
Karimnagar District has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against the
following accused in Cr.No.02/2010 of Jammikunta P.S., u/s. 447 and 427 read with
section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Hon’ble Addl. Judicial
First Class Magistrate Court, Huzurabad, vide CC No.9/2010.
S/Sri
1. Jakke Sampath, S/o.Sailu, R/o.Thanugula;
2. Madireddy Venkat Reddy, S/o.Kista Reddy, R/o.Shamunipalli, H/o.Thanugula;
and
3. Gadhe Mahesh, S/o.Mallaiah, R/o.Thangula
2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to direct
the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the Assistant Public
Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for
withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in
Cr.No.02/2010 of Jammikunta P.S., u/s. 447 and 427 read with section 149 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the Hon’ble Addl.
Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Huzurabad, vide CC No.9/2010, under intimation
to the Government.
